1. Crispbread Pizza
On a cookie sheet, place 2 to 4 crisps, top with a light coat of marinara sauce, and low fat cheese. Broil until cheese melts "about 1 minute". This makes a delicious low carb snack during the day or night.
2. Humus and Lox Crispbread
Lightly spread humus on desired amount of crisp bread, top with smoked lox, paper-thin onion slices and capers. Makes a delicious low carb treat.
3. Shredded Crisps
For a hearty breakfast in the morning, Spread a light coat of raw honey on 4 to 6 crisps, break apart into a bowl with milk. Leave the honey off and substitute with sugar free jam for diabetics.
4. Cinnamon Crisps with Warm Applesauce (sugar free)
